Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings unless faulty. This includes items from our Dresses, Tops & T-Shirts, and Skirts categories that contain these elements.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Request authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below to make it easy!
- Wait for approval: Our fashion-obsessed team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain sale items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
